This insurance company does not work with you, and I recommend not downloading their app. They might use it to monitor you and look for reasons to increase your premium. It's a heartless company. I had to pay for unexpected car repairs, which caused me to default on my payments, and they showed no empathy. I advise against giving your business to them. I would give them zero stars if it were possible. They don't deserve a single star. Shameful!
