The staff at Outram are friendly and easy to deal with. They setup an appointment to access our needs, and they showed up when they promised to. We received our quote quickly and it was not only more reasonable than a larger competitor (who promised a quote three weeks in a row before we received it), but it was delivered when promised. Their technicians were great and also identified a potentially dangerous exhaust setup done by our heating/cooling technician. We are very happy we chose Outram and would highly recommend them

Was told the owner would be installing my carpet today and would arrive at 10am. I was then called…read morejust before 11am telling me he is having issues with a "broken garage door" but will be coming. At 12:30 I call in to be told he will be here within the hour. I receive a call at 2:04 telling me the driver was pulled over and had his license suspended so they can't do it today but the owner will do it tomorrow morning. No thanks. Was told the "owner" was doing it today...(guess that was a lie) and got nothing but the run around. Would rather start all over with a new company than be fed lies.
