Prices are very good, the bakery is the first stop where I look at fresh baked goods and determine if I will be able to consume what I purchase before leaving the country. Your own carry-out bags are needed to transport your items if you are unable to pick them up by yourself. The store hours are usually 7 am to 11 pm daily.

I've spent far too long searching through discoloured capsicums and limp zucchinis in order to find something even remotely edible. Yuck. There's self serve checkout which means you'll be in and out as soon as you can find your items and pay for them. I stock up on long life milk (1L for $1), Flour (1kg for 89c) and even their (sometimes hilarious) European branded items taste similar if not exactly the same as their relatively more expense brother and sisters. European branded Nutri-Grain will only set you back a couple bucks instead of $7 or $8 (What are they actually thinking? It's cereal god-dammit!), so invest a visit to ALDI. You actually collect your items from the very crates and boxes they are delivered in. Only downside is they dont sell tofu and vegan products, but hey, I'm happy to walk out of their with whatever i can. Saves me a fortune every week!

I love this place because of their four vegan sandwich options: a tofu salad open sandwich with sesame and lime dressing; a bagel sandwich with a tofu and corn fritter and curried cashews, cucumber, and coriander; a tempeh burger on focaccia with kimchi and ABC sauce; and an eggplant, pumpkin, spinach, white bean, and basil pesto on focaccia. If these descriptions don't have you drooling right now, I don't know what's wrong with you. All vegan sandwiches are $11.50 and come with potato chips. This is a fair price for a delicious and rather filling lunch. Their non-vegan sandwiches aren't much more expensive either. The pork was really tender and nicely seasoned. The crackling on top was genius. Regarding the ambiance, the grounds are massive. The food hall has prepared food on both ends, and fresh meat & seafood in the middle. A lot of people come w/ carts. All of the vendors were super nice.
