I was very excited to finally be able to walk into the actual store . I had followed them online…read moreand I knew that they maintain an excellent assortment of cool kicks . Dealt with the owner over the phone with an issue with my online purchase and he could not have been more helpful and courteous. So I made it a point to go out of my way to the Karolinenviertel. I get there and am not even all the way out of my car when this girl yells at me to shut of the engine in my car. Indicating to her to mind her own business , I walk into the store to what would have been a guaranteed purchase of new sneakers for me, sure enought who walks in as the person who is running the store at that time: .. You guessed it , that rude chick, that had just been yelling at me. So I walk out and leave. I would love for the owner to know what a rude and clueless person they have entrusted their store to. She was hanging outside , probably smoking, rather then tending to the store. I will never return , too many other options for me, where I will not be miss treated as , as a customer.
