Within a couple of minutes of leaving his carrier he was comfortable & his 'trim' had begun, without a mask or any restraint. In about 15 minutes a different cat emerged - one without his usual thick long coat! Now he's more comfortable with his short cut (not sheared to the skin) feeling more comfortable from the summer heat. Caron has a unique gift of grooming while her clients are relaxed.
