Carla was the perfect reintroduction to luxurious self care and my skin really needed a boost! I've felt like facial massage has become a lost art lately, and often times estheticians are so focused on gadgets/tools/lights/etc that the soothing benefits of manual facial massage have fallen by the wayside. I was so so pleased when Carla give me a wonderful face/neck/shoulder massage while under the LightStim. It felt wonderful and it gave the impression that she cared about her clients relaxation in addition to results. So when it was time for the mask, I hoped she would continue that level of warmth and she did. She did a hand/arm massage while I masked, and that was so nice too. I've had so many technicians either do their dishes during that time or leave the room completely and I appreciated her care for the full treatment. Her products were all great quality, facility was clean, I was offered water and never felt rushed. It genuinely feels like Carla cares for her clients, and sadly I think that's not always the case (especially in LA). I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and had a healthy glow. Thanks Carla! I am not one who bothers to write reviews, BUT, Sophia certainly warrants a glowing one! I have…read morebeen going for regular facials for decades now, and once you find a facial therapist who understands your needs, you stick to them no matter what. So, when my longtime therapist retired, I was left with the daunting task of finding a new one, hopefully near my residence. The only problem with this project is you have to risk trying out the new therapist before you know for sure, and the damage they might cause (to your face and pocket) is yours to deal with. So reviews became a critical entry barrier. Sophia made it to the very short shortlist. And right from her professional online presence to ease of contact-ability to speed of responding to enquries and confirming/reminders for upcoming trial appointments...all the way to the actual consultation/trial facial which was flawlessly excuted, she proved she was a rarity in Singapore. No hardsell, true passion for her craft, and genuine interest in building a long relationship with clients who are entrusting her with not just their face, but also their confidence. She put in the work in her little cosy basement shop in Siglap Centre, and let the rest speak for itself. Hands down the best facial therapist in Singapore! Now, selfishly, just need to make sure she doesn't retire anytime soon...

I honestly don't even know where to begin because five stars doesn't feel like enough. Finding her…read morehas genuinely been one of the best things I've done for my skin. I originally came to her because I had a ton of milia, enlarged pores, and wanted healthier skin overall. I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I don't break out anymore, my pores are noticeably smaller, and every single time I leave an appointment my skin is glowing. It genuinely looks like I have no pores when I walk out. Her extraction technique is unlike anything I've ever experienced. She's incredibly gentle but so thorough, and somehow I've never been left with scarring or unnecessary irritation. You can tell she's invested so much into her education and has learned techniques from all over the world because her work is on a completely different level. Beyond her talent, she's just an incredible human being. Every appointment feels like catching up with someone who truly cares about you. She gives the best advice, celebrates your wins, encourages your goals, and somehow always knows exactly what you need to hear. As a mom herself, she's also given me so much advice that's helped me through motherhood and pregnancy. I've walked in stressed more times than I can count and always leave feeling lighter, more confident, and with glowing skin. She has become so much more than my aesthetician she's someone I genuinely look forward to seeing every month. If you're thinking about booking with her, do it. She is worth every single penny, and I truly can't imagine trusting anyone else with my skin.

After just two facials with her, my skin transformed in ways I never thought possible. Every visit leaves me in awe--my complexion is glowy, dewy, and more radiant than ever. Honestly, I feel like my skin is even better now than when I was younger, all because of the care and expertise she provides. Her approach is unparalleled. While large spas may offer extra amenities, Eti's personalized care and expertise provide results that speak for themselves. I recommend her to everyone I know--even my husband! I've been seeing Felicia for 15 years -- I followed her when she left Facial Bungalow and started…read moreher own business, driving across town because she was worth it. That loyalty made my most recent visit all the more disappointing. I had a 10:50am appointment. The day before, Felicia texted asking if I could push to 11am. I said I'd try to rearrange my plans. She replied: "let's keep the 10:45." I managed to move things around (because if she was asking, I figured she was in need, and I wanted to help) and arrived at 10:57 -- 7 minutes late by the original booking, not 15. When I walked in, Felicia told me I was 15 minutes late. I explained I'd rearranged my schedule to accommodate her request. She shrugged and said "too bad, I already booked someone afterwards.". It wasn't until I was in the room that I checked the reminder email -- original appointment: 10:50. So by her own scheduler, I was 7 minutes late, not 15. Felicia eventually gave me an extra 5 minutes to make up for the mix-up, and I appreciated that. But the cold, dismissive way she started the appointment stayed with me. That's not how you treat someone who's followed you for 15 years. Part of why I see Felicia specifically -- and not one of those high-volume places with curtain walls and hospital beds for tables (you know the ones) -- is the whole experience. A facial should be calming and restorative, and Felicia's warmth has always been as much a part of that as her technique. When that warmth disappeared at the door, it colored everything that followed. The facial itself was top notch. Felicia is genuinely skilled, stays current on products and techniques, and can deliver a top-notch treatment in her sleep. I hope this was an off day, because the person that greeted me at the door was not the warm person that I've been loyal to for a decade and a half.
