Went here on a Bank Holiday Monday and it is your typical throw back to the 70's seaside cafe. But that's not necessarily a bad thing.
There is inside and outside seating, and although on the day I went it was glorious sunshine, Plymouth can be the windy hole, so inside seating is a bonus for those days. They welcome dogs inside and out, which is beneficial since there are a lot of dog walkers that frequent this place throughout the year and not just when the sun is shining or a Bank Holiday.
Costs are quite good, for what you get. 2 large pasties (and they are proper large), a coffee and can of fizzy pop came to £9.60. They bring your food to the table, where you can get to work on the huge pasty put in front of you.
They have a Mr. Whippy machine for those of us that are inclined come rain or shine to order the British traditional 99 flake ice cream.
They also are not precious about heating up baby food/bottles, so you really can go there with all the family.
The staff are lovely and really friendly, even giving the nephews an easter egg when we went there!
Proud to see they are flying the Union Flag too!
Beautiful views of the sea and coastline :)
