She did video recordings of walk-throughs of several homes for us as well as some live video walk-throughs. Sarah was very knowledgeable about the area and was honest about the details of homes, always taking into consideration the fact that we were remote. When we had an unexpected delay in closing due to a mistake by our lender, Sarah went far beyond expectations to help us and welcome us to the city, going so far as to help us unload our trailer! Compared to the other real estate professionals we've worked with, technical expertise and communication were a little lacking at times -- we encountered minor issues with video calls and maintaining recipients on texts and emails. There were a couple of times where documents we needed to sign had incorrect dates, but they were quickly fixed. While we initially had disagreements in price/negotiation tactics, the appraisal ended up in our favor.
