I wish to take this unsolicited opportunity to put into words my feelings and experiences I have had with Jennifer Patrick of Axia Home Loans working so hard as my mortgage broker to help me with my residential purchases and refinancing over the past 5 years. I cannot say enough good words to describe Jennifer as a person and how much I appreciate her and her customer service. Customer Service is hard to find these days, and when I speak of customer service I mean the type of service that makes you say, "I am going back to that person every time", or the term, "They have earned my business" Someone once told me, "You vote with your wallet" and voting I will do. I will continue to ask Jennifer to process my loans and is the first and only person I recommend to others. I met Jennifer when I was shopping for my second home. I needed to sell my condo and purchase a larger home for my family. We, in the meantime were living with my other half's parents and I desperately wanted to get out. I had been working with other real-estate agents, and mortgage brokers who ultimately I informed them their services were no longer needed, or should I say lack of services. For the amount of money spent on real-estate transactions and the volume of sales occurring around the US there are others who would be happy to earn the business. I met a new realtor who introduced me to Jennifer. Right off the beginning, I explained to Jennifer my situation, and she began to work her magic. I was not having the best luck with mortgage brokers. I did not have the best credit, and had some debt. Jennifer gave me comfort and reassurance that she would explore all possible products she could. It didn't end there. Jennifer was always in constant email conversations and telephone conversations with me along the way. There were a couple of hiccups on my end due to my debt but Jennifer educated me throughout the entire loan process, and helped me clean up my debt allowing me to qualify for the product I needed to get our home. Just when I thought it wouldn't happen, Jennifer came in and saved the day. Since then I have refinanced my home with Jennifer, with an even better rate then my purchase rate and she was able to drop my payment down significantly. Again, Jennifer was in constant contact with me and explained the process through the entire way. Now I am in the process of selling and purchasing a new home. One may think trying to get the loan approved is the most stressful part, but selling my home has been more of the hassle than securing a loan. I am already approved and I don't close for several more days. I attribute this to Jennifer already knowing who I am, having a lot of my info already on file, and her dedication to the customer and the service she provides to each and every one of them. Jennifer also got me in-touch with a new real estate agent who has been helping me through the process of selling and buying this go-around. She is wonderful. I know people say shop around, shop around. I have even thrown a couple of rates and fees from other places to Jennifer seeing if I was getting the best product for the best price. What I have come to find is, I am getting the best person, who has a great product for the price I am willing to pay and to top it all the customer service is untouchable. Jennifer is charismatic, kind, trustworthy knowledgeable and attentive to the customers' needs and goals. She treats you with respect and takes a moment out of her time to ask how everyone in the family is doing. This type of service is not always easy to find and since the day I found it, will continue to use and support it till she retires. Jennifer, I Thank You for all you do for our family.
