Nearly everything. She's an amazing lady and agent; none like her. I am very happy we met. I'm only disappointed by my moving and no longer having her represent me. Jennifer, you and your staff are amazing! read more

I've had a very disappointing experience with this agency. Becky Sadler was incredibly rude, and…read morethe service I received was completely unacceptable. I specifically requested full coverage on my vehicles, including towing and rental, but this was never applied to my policy. I found out during two separate claims--one in July 2024 and another in August 2025--that I did not have full coverage, even though I had asked for it over a year ago. During the second claim, I contacted the office and was essentially blamed for the mistake. They said there was nothing they could do. I knew this wasn't right, especially since this had already happened once before. I decided to call a different State Farm agent. They pulled up my notes and immediately saw that I had indeed requested full coverage, towing, and rental a year prior--yet it was never added. They acknowledged the error and even backdated the proper coverage at no extra cost. That's how it should've been handled from the start. There was no help or accountability from Diane Waller and her team. If you have a policy with this agency, I highly recommend reviewing your coverages. I trusted them to manage my insurance properly, especially since I don't know the ins and outs of it myself. That's exactly why I chose to work with a local agent--but unfortunately, they failed me not once, but twice.

I would highly recommend Allstate to anyone in need of homeowners, auto or any other type insurance. I've just chosen Mr. Barry Faulkner in Oxford for my agent in order that I would have an agent who is local to my residence. I look forward to working with him and his office personnel. I am sure I will continue to receive the same personal and efficient service that I have always received from Allstate Insurance.

Ours felt like a very complex and urgent situation. She was very knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. I would recommend her services without any hesitation.
