We met a second time, in person, and went over, in detail, what was needed. He said it would be delivered in a little over a month. We never received a trust. I called many times and spoke to the paralegal and the receptionist but they would not give us a status, explanation or reason for this. I also sent emails directly to Alex and got no response. We finally sent a certified letter to terminate the relationship. We did not get any rebate on our payment for the trust we cannot use. We did not get any response at all.
