I was always offered a water when I walked in and the waiting area is comfortable. No hard chairs that wreck your back or butt. No long wait times. Very punctual about their appointments. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has been injured in an accident. I think they are a great value for the amount of work they put into your case.

She was amazing on day one. She explained how things worked and made us feel comfortable with the process. Regina and her paralegal Reva went way beyond our expectations. They kept us informed every step of the way. Regina was a master at negation with the insurance company. She fought for us like we were her family. Being in an accident is no joke Regina was just what we had hoped for. She is an attorney who cares about her clients. She doesn't pass you off to someone else once you hire her. She was always there when we needed anything and to answer all our questions throughout the process. I feel so blessed that we got to work with her and Reva. I can't thank them both enough for everything they did for us. If you need a good lawyer, She is defiantly the one!

It could be that my case isn't something that they want to take on, but for me, it would be nice just to have talked to somebody. I guess I'm not going to bring them enough money. I have been physically injured in my eye and emotionally and financially injured, but I just guessed that this isn't something that they are concerned with it because I'm not a big money maker here for them

My dad and mother in law had Carol do their living trusts a few years ago per my recommendation,…read moreand everything went smoothly. So my wife and I decided to call and setup an appointment for our own trust, the lady answering the phones said Carol schedules all of her appointments and that she'd take my information and pass it on to Carol and i would receive a call to setup appointment....... I waited 3-4 weeks , never received a call back and called the office again and told the receptionist what happened and she said she would make a note of that and pass it along to Carol. Once again i never heard back about making an appointment . My dad and Mother in law had no issues and a pleasant experience with setting up an appt and creating a trust , but my wife and I weren't so lucky . It feels weird to recommend someone to a couple family members and then have a bad experience myself. I'm not sure if it's just incompetence from the receptionist or business is so good that it doesn't matter if you return phone calls to potential customers, either way it left a bad taste in my mouth and I will take my business elsewhere. My mother in law had her sister call Carol a week ago after moving here from out of state and hadn't heard back so I can only assume that this is normal for her office to drop the ball and you should consider yourself to be lucky if you actually get a return call. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression, I definitely wouldn't recommend this law office to anyone again .

I left my review too soon. Emailed Elaine to call this evening, she confirmed. Texted her at 7pm…read morethat I am walking the dogs til 730pm. It is now 8:30pm, NO CALL!!! Beware of her comments to sell you her business propositions, record everything. We opted for the higher priced option and DID NOT receive the higher level service and lifetime updates!!! The initial setup and creation of my trust was seamless and straight forward. Elaine's statement of "pay now and have a lifetime of updates" should have been recorded by cell phone and on paper. The definition of updates needs to be defined and expanded upon when the statement is made and recorded. After I started to transfer bank accounts, real estate, and stock portfolios to the trust, the agencies started to contact my trustees 3rd down on my trust succession. I tried to get a permit to fix my HVAC unit and the county said that my successors had to authorize and sign the paperwork. The assessors office and the tax office in Sonoma County started to input my trust successors as the current responsible parties of my property. I called Elaine and she said all documentation is correct, but the "translation" of legalese to everyone else in the world did not put my trust into action, the entire succession of survivors skipped my intended order and all the county and bank documents are screwed up. Emailed Elaine several times to have her explain the situation...she said everything is working correctly and the paperwork is fine. The understanding and perception of everyone reading the "Trust Transfer Deed" does not follow what I want, asking Elaine what can be done, ended up no where but to pay more to update something, when we were told free updates for something in the past. Photographic memory to what was discussed and seen is critical working as a physician, but that memory clip was deleted from Elaine's records and now I have to pay for any updates or changes. Record all meetings so you can have evidence of her statements.

I asked her a few questions about trademark and classes and having a website and she was quick to cut me off mid question every single time. Even when she asked me a question in return and I gave a response she would cut me off. At the end of our THREE MINUTE conversation, I asked a question about the business aspect of the trademark to which she curtly, slowly, and condescendingly replied; "You called me to ask about trademark and I have answered that for you. Now you want me to answer a business question to which you would have to be my client and then we could discuss these things." Thanks for the obvious statement. I have worked with MANY different lawyers in my line of business and this one's attitude, lack of class or ability to kindly suggest I was going off subject, and impatience in just a THREE minute entire conversation didn't work for me. Would have been happy to be her client but NO THANK YOU. I let her know she didn't have to talk to me like I was a moron and hung up. Respect and kindness goes a long way these days. On the other hand, the NY trademark lawyer I called has called me twice now and we had a wonderful conversation. Best of luck to you Drinkwater!

Kerry Eaton has helped us with the following (possibly more I may be forgetting): trademarks, review of all contracts/leases/important documents, formation, maintenance and management of entities (corporations & LLC's), employement law consult, acquisition and disposal consult, real estate matters, resident agent and since she is also a CPA she can view things from that angle as well. My questions and needs always get taken care of very fast and thorough. All of the staff is friendly, communicative and competent. I appreciate not having to remember or think about everything - if something needs attention, they let me know and have all the forms and paperwork prepared, ready for me to review and sign. Whenever I'm talking to new business people, this is usually one expense they'd like to skip. Not smart. Lawyers are not cheap, this is true, but if protection and compliance is your goal, this should not be something you DIY.

By nature, he is kind, helpful, honest, genuine, and deeply principled. The people we know who have used Lakeside Lawyers have all been very pleased with Jeremy's competence. So naturally, walking in, we had high expectations. We were not disappointed; we were decidedly impressed. As a lawyer, we found Jeremy to be very understanding, highly professional, and exceptionally patient. His clear and concise explanations of the necessity of the trust, the process itself, his fee and what it covered, anticipated all of our questions. After carefully listening to and assessing our needs, Jeremy generated all of the custom documents necessary to complete our trust. He is obviously quite knowledgeable and well experienced at what he does, and he and Krystal are a remarkably well organized and efficient team. Two days after we signed the documents, everything was recorded and copies neatly arranged in a special notebook along with a comprehensive letter of instructions detailing our next steps. After working with Jeremy, I believe that he is eminently qualified in all of his legal specialties, and I would definitely use his services again and recommend him without reservation to anyone who wanted superbly capable legal representation at a fair price.
