Hiring Freelance Movers was the biggest mistake we made in our move back to SC. First, I was…read moresupposed to have 3 guys and 2 showed up. I'm not sure where he got these two guys but they had no idea what they were doing. One got hurt taking something off a piece of furniture that did not have to be removed, and I know this because it had been moved by another company when we moved to NC. They looked like they were just picked up off the street and given a job with no clue what to do. After he got hurt we waited for someone to come and replace him and no one came. So he did what he could with one hand and were not able to finish the packing the truck which is what they were hired to do. That sat stuff on my dressers and scratched one and also our TV stand. My son-in-law helped them a lot and that should not have ever happened. No refund or any reduction in price was given for the help they received or for the time wasted. They set us back 2+ hours in getting on the road to drive to SC. If you hire this company make sure the guys know what they are doing.
