After digging to get access to the leak(s) he showed me the problem and we discussed the options. After 27 years it rapidly became obvious that rebuilding the manifold/valve part of the system with new materials would be the best long term solution. He replaced all of the original (6) valves with new Rainbird PGA valves and new piping. After getting the wiring to the solenoids finished it was time to test and everything is leak free and working perfectly! His pricing is very fair and he was open and honest in his assements and recommendations. Thank you Fernando for your expertise and hard work I will recommend you to others and will call when I need any repairs. John B

We used WALTERS Southern Lawn Care to maintain the yard at our rental property for about a year…read more For the most part, they did a decent job with basic lawn maintenance. However, during a recent visit, they left grass clippings in front of the door and forgot to close the back gate. I sent a quick, respectful text as an FYI--not a complaint--just to bring it to their attention. Instead of a simple acknowledgment or apology, I received a long-winded response about stray cats and potential illness, followed by a message saying they would no longer be servicing our property. That's completely fine--what they were doing wasn't anything special and can easily be handled by another company. But from a customer service standpoint, sending an overly dramatic message to a paying client over basic feedback is unprofessional and unnecessary. I would only recommend this company if you enjoy lawn care with a side of theatrics. Otherwise, there are plenty of other companies who can provide the same service without the drama.
