We purchased a lamp from an extremely helpful and courteous woman. She ascertained that the lamp was hard and that it would get wrapped well enough to travel back to the United States. Sadly, the lamp broke before getting home and I emailed the company right away requesting a replacement. Daniel, who responded to me sent a link saying to go here to buy another one. When I suggested I pay for the shipping of another lamp or a refund if that was not feasible he sent a very rude email, "You want me to refund you because you broke your lamp? Lol why would you make you think that i would do that? maybe a discout to empathize with your luck and case, but we dont offer exchanges or refunds. so sorry that you broke your lamp

Since he provided no other options other than buying a new one, why would I risk buying another one when this one broke so easily, there is no sort of guarantee that it will be packaged appropriately, AND he sent such a callous response?? It truly is a shame especially since the lamps are so beautiful. read more
