With no relief no rest no sleep . I was desperate. I came into this office today and everyone was so friendly to me . Dr Campbell came into the room diagnosed me within 2 minutes . where everyone else was suggesting surgery. He found an alternative for me. In one office visit I had a nurse practitioner and a doctor exam me and get to the bottom of my issue. I am so thankful to him and his staff for the relief and sleep I got after leaving his office. If I'm ever in this area and need a doctor again, I will definitely choose this one.

I've been very pleased and impressed with all of the doctors and nurse practitioners. We've always received respectful care. And for my busy family, being able to do appointments OR drop ins when needed is so beneficial (and was refreshing since that was a major issue with my Huntsville Ped.) Sometimes there's a wait when they are busy but I understand that and am willing to deal with it because of my need for their walk-in services. I think their office staff is great, and seem to be well able to support the medical staff. I love the in house lab and x-ray option also.

I moved to Albertville a few months ago and was understandably nervous about finding a local family practitioner and discovering this was an urgent care I never expected to return but I could not be more delighted with Doctors Medcare! I've been twice now and saw Dr Bayer who was thorough, knowledgeable and CARING! We spent quite a while discussing treatment options for different issues. He ordered a bone scan and within days had me on medication to regrow bones. Today I went on a Sunday, was seen by Audrey a NP who was every bit as professional and caring! I haven't had a decent family practice supporting me for years and finding Doctors Medcare is a dream come true.

He really takes the time to think thru what is best for me and I appreciate that. His staff is awesome and the office is beautiful and is always super clean! They are always on time too. I have never had to wait to be called back more than 10 minutes. They work with me on apt times and whatever I may need they make sure it is taken care of. Just go and see Dr. Theakston and you will see that he takes time to evaluate what you are saying and really looks for what could be the problem before just writing a "script" and sending you out the door. He really cares and tries to really treat what is causing you to be sick. Go see him and his staff you will be happy that you did.
