I brought in $21,000 cash I found hidden in our home and was told to return half without any investigation. To this day, I've been unable to retrieve my belongings from the marital home, and the final judgment is vague, offering no clarity on what I'm entitled to. Repeated emails and calls have gone unanswered. This experience has caused significant emotional and financial harm. I cannot recommend this firm to anyone seeking fair, responsive representation.

I am 74 years old and did not want to leave my grandchildren with a mess regarding my finances to have to clean up. After consulting Mr Bruner ( who actually answered his phone on my first call) it was easy for me to feel comfortable and completely trusting that I was talking with the best of the best as he and his assistant Melanie answered all my questions, even though I asked the same questions several times, they were very patient with me and kept me in the "loop" every step of the way. I would highly recommend this law firm and staff to anyone in need of their services.

This CPA had prepared my taxes for multiple years and until recently there were never any issues…read more Then in 2024 I started having problems with Bill. I had to file an extension that year. After we filed it I called and went into the office no less than 8 times over the next year inquiring about my taxes.. Every time I called I got a different story. One time I was told not to worry because I had an additional extension due to a federal hurricane declaration. Another time I was told Bill was on vacation and he would call me back. Still other times I was told they were working on it and they would update me. Nobody ever returned my calls or kept me in the loop about anything. Finally, I started receiving letters from the IRS about paying my overdue taxes. Even when I called and told them this I was again told they would call me back. I finally ended up having to go a different route to file my taxes. In the end I payed four times the cost of going to a different accountant in late penalties and interest. They lacked the basic professionalism to tell me they weren't handling my tax return so I could get ahead of it and handle it differently. They just strung me along while it cost me thousands of dollars extra. Bill always seems very overworked and he will keep you hanging about the status of your taxes. I cannot recommend this CPA to anyone under any circumstances!

I read an earlier reviewer that had problems with how mediation is handled and the pressure this firm places on you to settle. This was my experience as well. I too feel my case was mishandled and expect a reply stating they do recall the situation in the same manner. A bit of canned response if you review their replies. When I brought this same issue up with counsel, I heard these same words in person, only a bit more adamantly. In retrospect, I would not use this firm for any legal matter, I would however strongly recommend opposing counsel, she was very effective in negotiating for her client.

Just overall not a good experience this year .
