I had a Sprinter van delivered by DL Transport. During delivery, my van was damaged, one side of…read morethe van had many scratches and chipped paint areas. I called them to get their insurance to cover the damage done to my van while in their care. My van needed part of the damaged side repainted as well as the lettering and wrap redone. I sent in estimates(estimates were around $1200 to fix everything), but weeks past and DL Transport did nothing. I even tried to meet them part way by stating that I would pay out of my own pocket for the labor to get the lettering and wrap but on my van. I eventually had to contact their insurance company (Progressive) to try to get payment for damages. Progressive did send someone out to look at my van as well as took my estimates to have the damage repaired. After Progressive did their number crunching, the notified me that the damage done to my van is beneath DL Transports deductible ($2,500), and that DL Transport 'self insures' for damages less than $2500. I included a partial quote from the Progressive email I received: "The cost of repairs are under DL Transport Inc.'s $2,500 dollars of self-retention. DL Transport Inc. is self-insured for the first $2,500 of any claim filed, as a result Progressive Casualty Insurance Company ("Progressive") is unable to remit payment for this claim." So...essentially, this is how DL Transport operates: if damage to your assets is less than $2,500, you might as well kiss your money good-bye, because DL Transport is not going pay it. If you have a choice, do not use DL Transport.

I'm 70 yrs old..had to go through the coldest of winter as the gas furnace went out. Was replaced after the weather warmed up. Went to hospital once because of respiratory pneumonia ..it was so cold you could see your breath as you breathed. There was no consideration for tenants in this situation. You were not allowed to use any kind of portable heater. Roach infested..had to pay near 300.00 for exterminator. Only last a short , the whole park infested. Could only use 1 electrical receptacle at a time ..fire hazard..had to call maintaince once at 1:30 am because one was smoking. He was steaming mad . Didn't come up till next morning said NEVER to call him again at that hr , even though office said too..his reply was call fire department 1st then call n let me know. Preventive maintaince ..but never responded. Had to call family come and get me.. threw the breaker ..was all I could do..

My mom has just called me and was pissed off crying because her doctor refused her sinus medication…read moreafter diagnosing her with a sinus infection all because at the end of her appointment this specific doctor asked if she was vaccinated for COVID and when my mother said no her doctor told her "I'm not calling in your medication until I get a negative rapid Covid test" that is HIGHLY ILLEGAL. And my family nor myself will be going back here. I will not provide the doctors name at this time but if anyone reaches out I will most certainly give you the name of the doctor. Very disappointed.
