I am extremely picky, considering I tried all over town getting haircuts that didn't meet my expectations. I've always used Diane; she does a great job for me. I have not had Sue or Paula, but I hear good things about their work; my girlfriends family uses them both. They are also taking the necessary precautions during COVID. Each chair has a hanging barrier, to isolate the chairs. After each use, I've seen them disinfect chairs, equipment, etc. Very reassuring to see them take it serious. Also, the location is perfect. I arrived on time for the adjusted appointment, only to be told there were three people ahead of us. When I went to sit down and wait, there was no available seating. I asked if I could wait in my car and be called when it was my turn, and I was told yes. After waiting in my car for about 20 minutes, I received a call saying I couldn't wait in my car and had to come inside. When I asked again if there was anywhere to sit, the answer was no -- and there were still people ahead of me. I was then told that if I wasn't physically inside when they called my name, my appointment would keep getting pushed back. At that point, I expressed my disappointment with their system, especially considering I had a reserved appointment and arrived on time. I was offered another appointment for next week, which I declined -- because clearly, reserving a time here means nothing, and there's no guarantee the same situation wouldn't happen again.
