I couldn't have had a better first pregnancy experience. Pediatrics - Recommend Dr. Will. She was at the hospital when I delivered my baby and made sure baby wasn't developing jaundice when I left the hospital for almost a week. She is very soft spoken and was comforting to me as a first time parent. It's not easy having a child, but having a great Dr. makes all the difference.

Because they told me the vaccination can be walk in can doesn't need to make an appointment. I went there directly and I have to wait almost one hour to get them out and see me. These are my second dose of MMR and varicella. Last time I took the vaccine is on 05/22. It has been 30 days since my last visit. But they said they can't give me the vaccine because their guideline is 31 days apart. And today is 30 days apart. They asked me to come next Monday, But I told them I will go abroad, I have to finish it within this weekend. So they ask me to go to the "liberty Mills" office tomorrow. I want to make sure I can get the vaccine before I go abroad. So I drive to "liberty Mills" office. The front desk said they won't provide vaccine for walk in patient. They are quite surprise these nurses don't know it and ask me to go their office. The person in the "liberty Mills" office recommend me to get the super shot. So I drive another 30 minutes to the office on New vision Drive. And the front desk people told me super shot people will only be there on Saturday morning. I called super shot, no one answered the call. They called me back one hour later and told me they don't have MMR. They ask me to go to CVS or Walgreen to get MMR. Finally I went CVS minute clinic and they give the MMR, yes they only have MMR. Both the super shot people and the CVS minute clinic people told me 4 weeks apart for both vaccine "MMR" and "varicella" are fine. you can imagine how busy I am today, I traveled from here to there. At night, from the documents the manger in this office gave to me, I found out even US department of Health and Human Services Centers for disease control and Prevention (CDC) said 28 days apart for both "MMR" and "varicella" I totally don't understand why the nurses and the manger in this office said it should be 31 days apart!

Dr. Moshref submitted a insurance code for E.D. to my insurance company after I had suggested he use the same code that was used by a specialist that found this testosterone defiency from long term use of opiate medication. He ignored me and just put down the E.D. Code which i never said anything about that condition because that's not an issue. So having said all of that and showed him the code to use he did nothing to try to reverse it and so I'm stuck paying 412.00 lab bill. if you have this doctor change your doctor and if your looking for a doctor keep looking all he wants is your co pay. So upset with this whole situation

This week I went to the ER because I was having trouble breathing. I am 36 weeks pregnant with my…read more3rd child so I know when something just isn't right. My experience is the ER when I first arrived was great but fell short fast once I got up to Labor & Delivery. Once in my gown, a nurse came into my room stating they were going to send me back downstairs to ER and that I should have never came up there (couldn't tell you the nurse's name because she never once told me it). That's when I mentioned that the ER nurse had called they gave the okay to come up to which she responded "of course they did" and rolled her eyes. As if that wasn't awesome enough, once she left the room I heard her ask the other staff if I had walked upstairs or taken a wheelchair--- walked--- "I told you she's fine". The whole experience was horrific and I am not looking forward to giving birth there in the next couple weeks. Sad that they treat expecting mother's in such a manner during such a vulnerable time. Talk about the DuPont Difference.

We used to use this facility for routine outpatient blood and urine testing. It was convenient and…read morethe staff were great. They have recently stopped offering outpatient testing. They have outsourced to Labcorp. There is only one Labcorp facility that has any hours outside of regular business hours. That facility did not appear to be open 20 minutes after their scheduled opening time on Saturday. The paper you asked staff to supply to patients says that this decision "will enhance patient care." It has done exactly the opposite. Because of the familiarity we had by regularly using your hospital for routine things, it made us more inclined to use your hospital for urgent issues. I don't know what was driving this decision. If you are trying to be like Parkview, please stop. The one thing you have going for you is that you are not Parkview.
