I actually hate that I felt I had to do that, but sometimes 'you just need to go to the bank.' I find the staff pleasant and helpful, and the locations convenient. However, the IT Dept can't hold a candle to my years of online and mobile banking experiences with BOA. Example...once I got used to where my bills were coming from, I opted in to online stmts because I didn't think I needed paper copies any longer. Then I had an issue and I needed a paper copy. I couldn't access one and had to get out of the online program to get one. Another example...their rewards program is so complicated I gave up on it and switched to a different card that offers better and more easily accessible rewards. For goodness sake, if they're going to offer a rewards program, why do they only allow redemption in $25 increments? It's an "ok" bank. Most certainly not my favorite financial provider.

Me: "Isn't it better to know the customer holding the debit card is in fact the actual owner of that debit card, what would you do in cases where debit cards are stolen?"
