Jeff came highly recommended by a respected friend and businessman. I was impressed by his knowledge of current San Diego market conditions and trends, the value of my unit and how it stacked up against the competition. He was well versed on the amenities and fees of my specific condo building and similar buildings in the area. He gave buyers insight into the dramatic revitalization and development taking place in the Marina area. He has an eye for quality and appreciated the finer details of the recently completed renovations which set my home apart. He also had great resources for staging to best reveal the home's potential. Jeff is a true professional; if he said something was taken care of, I could consider it done! He handled the entire transaction seamlessly while I was out of state on business. He made the transaction easy and fun for me and worked well with all the parties involved. He has my highest recommendation. read more

Sand and Sea Investments Jeff Grant - Sand and Sea Investments Trust and confidence are essential qualities to look for when selecting a real estate agent. My husband and I had the fortunate opportunity to have had Jeff Grant and Sand and Sea Investments as our real estate investment agent. We found him knowledgeable, respectful and most importantly acted with integrity regarding our recent purchase. Under challenging circumstances Jeff worked hard finding an excellent Starker 1031 exchange property with just one remaining day before the expiration date. After escrow closed Jeff and his team then listed the property for rent, interviewed and personally screened all applicants managing the entire process to the move in date. Throughout our experience he was respectful and polite, a true professional. In the past we've worked with many real estate agents both for our personal homes and investment properties. We confidently recommend Jeff Grant as the most exemplary model of the ideal Real Estate Agent. Working with Abe was the best decision we could have made when looking for a house. He was on top of his game and didn't miss a beat when we would want to see a house. In a market as hot as this, you need to be constantly researching and touring homes that may or may not be right for you. He was able to take us out within 24 hours of providing him with some potential houses and really gave us some great information on the areas and what to look for when purchasing. Once we found the house we loved, Abe made the purchase of it a breeze. He was in constant contact with us and the seller's agent and made sure that we were comfortable the entire way. I'd highly recommend Abe and Sand and Sea Investments to anyone looking for a house. Hopefully we won't need him again for a while, but when we do, we know exactly who to turn to. Thanks Abe! read more

I recently closed two deals with Jeff Grant. He's personable, professional and truly invested in the San Diego real estate market. We had a multi-offer situation and Jeff knew exactly how to handle the matter and close the deal for us. We're truly grateful for his experience and expertise. I'm not sure other inexperienced realtors would have handled it the same way. I highly recommend Jeff for your buying or selling needs! read more

I had a interviewed a few agents before I was referred to Jeff by a coworker. After our first meeting I knew Jeff would be a great agent to sell my home. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and he always answered my questions very patiently. Most importantly he listened and understood what my priorities were in selling my home. Jeff always discussed the pros and con's whenever we had an offer and didn't try to push just to close the deal. I always appreciate his professionalism, communication skills, and availability anytime I called or texted. Thank you Jeff for all your work and making a stressful situation easier. read more

I'm currently working with Sand and Sea on the future purchase of my home, but also have a number of friends and associates that have completed successful transactions here. Jeff Grant - Key to SD - Great location, easy parking! - Real Estate Agents Near Me - San Diego, California

Jeff has been instrumental in helping me grow my business as a real estate professional, and I simply wouldn't have what I do today without his expertise. I have worked with numerous professionals who say that they're short sale "experts", but have yet to work with anyone other than Jeff who really is. He's closed more short sale transactions than anyone else I've talked to, and goes to great lengths to get deals done. As a real estate broker myself, it's important for me to partner with people who are going to give good advice, are detail oriented, hard working, ethical, and help my clients achieve their goals...not his! This is especially true with something as delicate as a short sale. He's a consumate professional and always does what he needs to in order to get the deal done. read more

Jeff Grant is undoubtedly the best realtor we have ever used. He helped us find our dream home with his incredible knowledge, expertise, patience and kindness. We just bought a house across the country in San Diego and he helped us every step of the way. Even going over to the house to check on things because we were so far away. Can't say enough great things about this realtor! Highly recommended!! read more

My husband and I recently purchased a home in Imperial Beach with Jeff as our agent. Jeff was extremely helpful and honest when we were viewing homes before we placed our offer. I spoke to him just a few days before we viewed homes. We were able to view 6 homes in just a couple of hours and we feel in love with a home (that I am grateful we get to call our own). Once we put our offer in Jeff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process especially when we had any questions or snags along the way. He definitely made our first home buying process very easy and smooth. The whole process was complete in just over 30 days! We greatly appreciate his help with purchasing our home. I highly recommend Jeff and his company to anyone in the area looking into buying. read more

I can't say enough good things about Jeff. I contacted him in December 2013 after my bank filed a notice of foreclosure on my home for the following February. I thought it might be too late to employ a short sale vs foreclosure, but I wanted to preserve whatever credit I could and make a 1st and 2nd mortgage go away with no out of pocket expense. He put me in touch with a sales agent who was experienced in short sales and listed my home right away. We received a full price cash offer within 2 days and then it was up to Jeff to negotiate the sale and dispersal of the loans with my lenders. The whole process took over 4 months, but I did not have to deal with the banks directly at all--Jeff took care of the entire thing. He gave me updates on average of twice a week, even when there was little progress to report. If I had to endure this process myself with my lenders, I doubt the outcome would be the same. I just closed escrow on 4/30 and both lenders signed off. Total cost to me: $Zero. My credit should be restored within a few months. I commend Jeff on his patience, diligence, and ability to communicate with the banks at levels nor ordinary person could comprehend. His overall professionalism was nothing short of outstanding. Five stars are just not enough... Thanks so much, Jeff! read more

I use Yelp for two reasons. I am either extremely upset or extremely satisfied. Jeff, Abe and the rest of the team at Sand and Sea Investments fit the latter. They are great at what they do! When I decided to list my condo in downtown San Diego, there really was no question who to call. Jeff has been a personal friend for some time and over the years, I have watched him build a successful business through one mantra of doing the right thing for his clients, every time and with exceptional service and professionalism. Sand and Sea Investments was instrumental in selling my condo for the price I wanted and I have zero reservations on recommending them in the future. The entire process was detailed, professional and I never had any doubts I was in the best hands possible. If you are buying, selling or need advice on real estate in San Diego call Sand and Sea Investments. You will be glad you did. read more

Being a single, thirty-something female I was extremely hesitant to dive into the real estate market on my own. I toyed with the idea of purchasing a condo a few years back and had a negative experience with another realtor that left me feeling defeated and not taken seriously as a potential client/homeowner. Jeff Grant and the Sand and Sea Investments team were a referral from a close friend who had recently used them and had a wonderful experience. I reached out to Jeff directly and immediately saw that his real estate knowledge has remarkable depth. On top of that, he is personable, friendly, inspirational and motivating. He explained every aspect of the home buying process to me in a clear, conscience manor that left me feeling confident in my decision as well as heard in my concerns. Both Jeff and Abe (his business partner) research extensively, staying on top of current developments, changes and requirements that might have impacted my loan status and potential home. He ingeniously puts the resources and tools available to him to maximum use; an example of this is signing each individual client up for Client Connect which would email me links to homes that matched my requirements. He would then get updated if I said yes, no, maybe and could put together a plan of attack for viewing these homes. I found real estate daunting because it's not a field I work in or spend a lot of time dealing with. It was extremely reassuring that Jeff's promises were (and are) always kept and his commitments are always honored. He earns the unfailing respect and trust of his colleagues, clients and friends because of his uncompromising fairness and decency. I have nothing but great things to say about Jeff, Abe and Sand and Sea Investments and will be recommending them whenever possible!! Thank you SO much Sand and Sea team :) read more

Such and easy experience! We have bought and sold multiple homes and Jeff and his team are great. They made the process easy!

I interviewed several Real Estate agents before putting my home on the market. Of the agents I spoke with, Jeff was the only one to understand that I was selling my home and not just a piece of property. He listened to what I was saying and agreed that the price I wanted to ask for my home was not unrealistic given the location and the improvements I had already made to the home. The condo sold the first weekend it was on the market for the price I wanted to receive. Jeff had a solid marketing plan and it worked like a charm, I could not be more happy with Jeff and his team. I would recommend them to anyone who needs to sell their home or any property in the San Diego area for that matter. read more

Jeff Grant was a pleasure to work with! My fiance Mark and I recently purchased a home together and had Jeff represent us. It was my first home purchase and Mark's second. Jeff was very hands on and walked us through the process from start to finish with such professionalism and patience. He was always very responsive, was a great communicator and had an excellent understanding of the Real Estate market and transaction process. We were completely satisfied in our decision to work with Jeff and would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home! He is so positive and enjoyable to partner with. Thank you Jeff, we are so in love with our new beautiful home!!! read more

We had both a great sale and purchase experience with Jeff. He was able to confidently guide us through this journey and provide a great experience along the way. He showed great rapport with and control of all parties involved in both transactions. We threw Jeff some curveballs and he always responded with ideas and solutions. Something we appreciated the most was how well Jeff proactively communicated with us. He always made sure we fully understood important details. Jeff was also very accessible, even during non-business hours. read more

Jeff is such a pleasure to work with. We have now worked with Jeff for the sale of a home and the purchase of two homes. He did a FANTASTIC job with the sale of our home and worked extremely hard to get us what we wanted. He also was amazing on the purchase side - very responsive, knowledgable and offered guidance when we needed it most. Jeff is professional from beginning to end. He and his team do wonderful work and we definitely will be using him again in the future. I highly recommend Sand and Sea to help you with your transaction! read more

Jeff and Sand & Sea are as good as it gets. I'd go as far as to say Jeff is the Top Realtor in San Diego. As a commercial real estate investor, my expectations for a broker are very high. Jeff has always exceeded expectations in every aspect. Jeff is honest, straightforward, organized, and most importantly Jeff has the experience to anticipate issues before they arise. As both a buying and selling client, Jeff's transaction foresight put my wife and I in advantageous positions during our escrows allowing us to negotiate from a strong position. I highly recommend Sand & Sea to anyone buying or selling real estate in San Diego County. read more

Jeff and his team at Sand and Sea are outstanding! Buying a home (especially a first home) can be scary and nerve racking, but Jeff was a true professional, listened to my needs and was patient in explaining the process to me. Great trust worthy people! Sarah was most helpful with making this a stress free experience! Highly recommended!

Jeff is one of the smartest and most upstanding businessman this town has to offer. He is professional and cares dearly about each and everyone of his customers. His attention to details and his hard working attitude are the two key factors why I would not trust anyone else to broker my upcoming real estate transaction. read more

I highly recommend Jeff Grant and his team for either buying or selling a home. Jeff is a true professional who's has as much knowledge about real estate as anyone I've ever worked with, talk to him for 10 minutes and you'll see what I mean. After hiring him to sell my home, I was extremely appreciative that all of his professional advice was aimed towards my interests and not him or his commission. I've found this quality very hard to come by these days in real estate as there are more choices than ever to choose from. Perhaps most importantly, the quality and level of service Jeff and his team provided was head and shoulders above everyone else I interviewed for the job. There were other brokers and and agents who were cheaper but all seemed to want the quick and easy sale of my home. On the other hand, I liked Jeff's approach because he seemed to have a clear plan and hands on approach to build up the value of my home to maximize the sale price. Jeff was all about what's best for me, not him. Every agent says they'll maximize the value of your home but Jeff's plan made the most sense and in the end, It actually worked! My experience with Jeff has helped me understand that you get what you pay for and that using Jeff was a privilege for a premium service that I'll definitely use again. read more

Being a real estate investor means you're constantly looking to surround yourself with intelligent, hardworking and motivated agents with their finger on the pulse of the market. That's what I've found here with Jeff and Abe. The hands on personal touch of a boutique firm with experience and resources that exceed that of the much much larger companies. The entire team is an absolute pleasure to work with. They all exude true professionalism. I'm beyond impressed with Sand and Sea Investments and hope to continue cultivating prosperous real estate transactions for years to come! read more

Jeff and the Sand & Sea Investments team are the best real estate representatives in San Diego--hands down. In the last few years, we've bought/sold three properties using Jeff and his team. In each case, we were impressed by the professionalism, dedication, and integrity of the team. Most recently, they sold our current home in record time and at a price that exceeded our expectations....while other homes on the same street have remained on the market for months! Finding the right home in San Diego isn't easy, but Jeff's understanding of our needs and the market, along with his persistence and focus, helped us find our dream home! It's not a surprise that JEFF GRANT was referred to me. From our initial meeting to the closing day of escrow, Jeff has been exceptional to work with. We used Jeff to sell our condo in Escala Mission Valley. He was extremely efficient and easy to work with. We had several offers very quick and he helped us to understand and choose the best one. I'm glad I used Jeff as i'm not sure how many agents would work as hard as he did. I would highly recommend Jeff and Sand and Sea if your planning on selling or buying a home. I will be using Jeff and his team next time for sure. Thanks Jeff for your hard work!! read more

I have used Yelp as but one step in finding recommendations for various products and services. Trying to find a real estate agent seemed daunting. Who could we trust? I decided upon Jeff Grant and Sand And Sea Investments after carefully reading all the Yelp reviews, then going directly to their website. I am also on LinkedIn, and went there to look Jeff up individually by name to learn more about his background, schooling, and years in the profession. Let me just say that Jeff Grant passed every single criteria and exceeded our expectations. We needed a real estate professional that could help us sell my mother's San Diego condo. While plenty of agents say they also cover the condo market, that is not always the case. We needed someone who really understood downtown San Diego in order to help us set the best price for her somewhat dated unit. Because I was not familiar with San Diego, it was important that we have an informed San Diego agent representing our interests. Jeff had great insights into and a feel for the San Diego market, encouraging us to try a higher price point while leaving the unit as is. Jeff was respectful and caring of my mom's feelings, meeting with her in person whenever required, and delicately negotiating with the buyer's agent on her behalf. He communicated with us from afar (my husband and I live in Minneapolis) and was always clear on what our options were, advised whenever we asked, and knew where to step back when decision time came. His support team works well together, and my mom also enjoyed and came to know Abe very well. We whole-heartedly recommend Jeff Grant and Sand and Sea Investments. My 89 year old mom had one final recommendation to add, "Go with Jeff - he's really handsome too." read more

This review is long overdue for our new home purchase in August. My wife and I had started our home search about 2 years ago and nothing seemed right about our search. I just couldn't put my finger on it, if it was our realtor or the home market or if it just wasn't time for us. During the initial look for our first home we had viewed a couple dozen homes to say the least and had put in offers on close to half of them. With all of this going against us we decided to give up our search and keep renting. I had known Jackie for a while and decided to check out a VA Home Buying Seminar her and some colleagues put on in Oceanside back in July of this year as we were nearing the end of our lease and ready to move into a new owned home and not another rental. We had done our own searches prior to the seminar and viewed a few open houses over the weekend. Once we left the seminar I felt like we had all the knowledge about how to purchase, why to purchase and all the benefits it would bring to our family. All that was left at this point was to find our perfect home. Within just a few days of the seminar we had viewed the home which would end up to be our first home. We put in an offer and had an offer accepted within 6 days of going to this powerful seminar full of home buying knowledge. We had a great team behind Jackie as we went through the home buying process for the first time. The seller and her agent were not very helpful as they tried to budge a few times and push back on fixing the home or even moving out on time. The fight we had from Jackie and her team to push back and get us in our beautiful new home was very much appreciated. She was extremely helpful to a military family during a stressful and exhausting yet exciting time of our lives as we drop some dollars into purchasing our very first home. Through all the hiccups we had through the purchase process I really appreciate everything she did for us and would recommend her to anyone buying heir first home to have a great walk through and a agent who cares for your needs in your new home. I have already recommended her to a friend who just closed on his first home as well and will continue to recommend her to those close to me. read more

Jeff and his team helped us find and buy our first home and we can't be happier with their service. Jeff was incredibly patient and knowledgeable in answering my endless questions. He was always flexible with his schedule and our changing ideas. Once we decided on a home, Jeff and Sheri held our hands through every step of the process and kept the paperwork flowing despite my inexperience. I'm sure buying a house is never easy, but I'm equally sure we had one of the smoothest experiences possible. And I'm certain that's thanks to Sand and Sea's sheer competence. It's no wonder they have 100% 5-star reviews. read more

I can't say enough about Jeff Grant and how positive our experience was working with him. Jeff's level of professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail throughout the process gave us complete trust in him and he delivered. I'm certain you will not find a better communicator in any business. Buying a first home in San Diego can be a stressful experience, and Jeff was a total pro throughout the process giving my wife Jess and I the insight and confidence we needed to see everything through to the end. We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with Jeff and the Sand and Sea team. We would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a first class relator and person to represent them when buying or selling their home. Thank you Jeff, we love our new home! read more

I highly recommend Jeff to anyone who needs help with a short sale. He was 100% reliable, thorough, responsive and extremely helpful every step of the way. Jeff was an amazing realtor, going above and beyond what was required to make sure that we closed on our first home, going as far as removing the old 70's carpet himself so that foundation repairs could happen the next day and keep our escrow moving. We would definitely recommend him and his team to anyone who is searching for a home in San Diego!! read more

After looking all over San Diego, Jackie and her team really hit the nail on the head with our home! Jackie was able to answer all our questions and knows the ins and outs of the business very well. When the VA home inspector walked through our home she noticed the inspector wasn't thorough enough, so Jackie quickly had someone she's works well with and after his inspection found there was crucial discrepancies that where identified that the seller had to fix before move in. Jackie and Danielle are patient, yet urgent. I have been recommending Jackie and her team to anyone that wants to invest in real estate! read more
