After saying hello, she barked at me "who's this" and I said my name, her reply "how did you get this number" confused me so I told her I'm looking for a realtor in the area and found this number online for Bianca Marijan. Her reply was "oh". I asked to speak to Bianca and she said that it was her. I was quite surprised of course at the lack of professionalism and said it was probably not going to work out. She didn't apologize just said that's fine, goodbye. She did have a good review so I called, but i have to say I was not even inclined to give her another chance. We view professionalism and courtesy completely differently. I have since secured another realtor in the same way, a cold call, and received top notch treatment.
