I always recommend Landmark Barbershop to friends and co-workers looking to get a detailed, crisp, clean haircut. I've tried various different barbershops in Lompoc and Santa Maria and none cut quite like Landmark Barbershop. In my opinion, Landmark is currently one of the better (if not best) barbershops in the Santa Maria/ Lompoc area. WHY IS IT SO GOOD? *Straight razor usage. The barbers here are very talented with a straight razor (they use hot shaving cream too!). The barbers are very skilled at what they do. *Exceptional customer service. During busy hours, the owner will sometimes offer complimentary beverages to customers courtesy of the barbershop to ease the wait times. He definitely knows how to treat his customers! *Wait times are not that long compared to other barbershops (either way you'd want to make a reservation to ensure you get a appointment!) *Prices VERY affordable. I normally pay about $20 for a haircut. *THEY'RE OPEN WELL PAST 5pm. Most barbershos close at 5pm so thos really surprised me. Double check times with barbershop.

I chose this place…read morebased on proximity to where I'm living now and that their current business model is walkin only. I hate appointments for haircuts especially if it's days or weeks in the future. Usually, I just notice that my hair is too long and I want to get it cut right then. Anyways, I came in, found out that they have a senior discount and came out smiling with a new cut. The only issue is that I didn't properly tell the barber my plan especially since my hair is thinning. Staff was friendly and efficient. I'll be back.

When I first saw Romero I thought oh know a new guy. But as soon as I sat in the chair he conversed with me and it seemed liked we talked about everything. That was over a year ago, and now that barbershop has a great new name and some retro looking items with 2 other great barbers, plus his little Wienerschnitzel, I think that's what he is. I really enjoy coming here and it's worth the wait if its busy because your gonna get a great haircut.
