My son ordered and received a cologne. Several months later the atomizer was not working. He emailed their customer service and they agreed to send a return label and issue a refund upon receipt. He sent it back and we got delivery confirmation. The company claims to have issued a refund over 30 days ago but it has never come through on my credit card. Every time I email the company, they keep telling me to wait 30 days (which, again, is surpassed) and ignoring the details of the issue. So now they have the cologne back, which we have fully paid for, and they have issued ZERO credit. read more
