The Parisian brioche was amazing too but the quiche was some of the best I ever had. And we eat a lot of quiche in america! One of the owners did speak English and she was very informative about the history of the regional foods. The other who spoke French was very sweet too. Great stop. And darn it - we forgot to take pictures!
