Ordered a bike for my child, was told it wasn't in stock and they'd order it in and gave me the…read moredate it'd be ready and said they'd ring me to come and collect. They didn't bother ringing and when I rang them the next day they said it probably wasn't in stock and that they'd ring me back, turns out they have some kind of aversion to using a phone and didn't bother ringing me back again, meanwhile, my daughter is nagging me about her bike. Gave up and ordered a better quality bike from Decathlon for delivery.
