I asked if he could come lay down an emergency tarp and he simply stated he would be at my house in 45 min. 15 min later Kevin rang my doorbell and immediately jumped onto the roof to start bolting down the mitigation in the middle of the chaos. He even came back for free to help make adjustments the following day to better address the affected areas. After the storm I had them replace my entire downstairs and upstairs roof and they did an excellent job. Any concerns we brought up were addressed thoughtfully and immediately. The first two leaks were addressed above installed solar batteries and resolved but this in a slightly different area now but same patio roof connected to the house. House remodel in 1995 with the patio connected to the house, no concerns of leaks. 2020 Headed Home repainted the entire exterior of my home and in the garage & patio and reroofed my house. Patio was completed with a white silicone coating but pressure washing was required for a clean surface, understandable. I called left a message, Bronson called and said he will stop by to view the area of concern. Stopped by as mentioned, needing to speak with the owners, said the painted areas is cracking & worn. Offered a do another service but there will be a charge I asked for an estimate/quote. That phone call was on 9/2/2026, called yesterday 10/13/2026 no call back. Hmmm!

But they drilled and put push piers in and used something to shoot into the cracks like a steel cement. They had affordable pricing and as far as I know did a great job to stabilize. They patched and painted from the inside and since they had their ladder out we went ahead and had them paint the whole living room, dining room, bathroom, and office. The whole process took about a week. We have high vaulted ceilings and a lot of square footage so I was really nervous about picking 5 colors with only a few days to decide. I went down to Sherwin myself because of the crunch time and met with Paka's associate at herwin and thank goodness, she was so helpful. I ended up picking 4 colors and making my own(you can do that) for the main fill color. At times I could see some things looked unfinished like the patch work and the edges but just be patient because they cleaned it all up really nice. I added a bunch of stuff last minute too, you know, like a small demo(I know, I'm terrible), and they still accommodated my needs and got it done quickly. As a realtor I'm very picky about recommending contractors but they did a great job for us personally aaaaand they're licensed, bonded, and insured but please verify for yourself. My lanai has always been difficult to keep clean and free of mold. Over the years I've had to have…read moreit repainted several times, and have also had to power-wash it (a difficult job!) when the dirt and mold built up again. I always had it painted with good-quality paint (Armorseal Treadplex from Sherwin-Williams), but it was still difficult to keep it clean of the mold buildup. I had last power-washed it in Nov. 2025, but especially after the big storms in the first half of 2026, by mid-summer the mold got really bad again, so much so that I just quit using the deck. I finally decided to try to research getting some type of clear protective coating over the paint that would be easier to clean and wouldn't get the same mold growth as the paint did. I contacted Jason Komori after finding this company on Yelp, and he came out and discussed options that might work for me. I decided on a solution that entailed his crew first power-washing and sanding the deck, and then applying a new coat of Armorseal Treadplex, followed by a high-quality clear matte coating called Seal-Krete Dura-Shell. Jason's workers Keo and Jeff came out in late September and it took a couple of days for them to do the work. They were great--good workers and very personable. And I'm very happy with the result! Before I had it done, I was worried that even with a matte coating, the deck might look too shiny with a clear coat on top, but it doesn't look shiny at all. In fact, you can't even really tell that there is a clear coating over the paint. This wasn't a cheap job, but I'm so glad I got it done, as now it's very pleasant once again to sit out on my deck. Also, I appreciated how responsive Jason was in answering numerous questions I had. At the time I'm writing this review, it's been about two and a half weeks since the job was done. It's been quite easy to clean whatever dirt has gotten on it. I shouldn't have to ever power-wash it again--Jason tells me that if dirt builds up, I can just use a cleaning solution like diluted Simple Green, and clean it with just a soft-bristled deck brush and a good hosing down, and with far less effort than I used to have to spend on power-washing the deck. I'm attaching three photos. One shows what it looked like right after my last power-washing in Nov. 2025--you can see that some of the mold was just impossible to remove even after using a power washer. Another photo shows my deck just before Jason's crew did their work; you can see how bad it had gotten in the approximately half-year since my last power-washing. And I'm also attaching a photo that shows how it looks now--a million times better! And now I'm enjoying spending time out on the deck again. Mahalo to Jason and his crew!

We hired Komori Painting and Flooring to refinish our large concrete lanai which was cracked,…read morestained and not pretty at all. After receiving three estimates we decided to hire Komori because their approach was professional and they gave us a fair price for a large job. I was also told that the HEPA equipment they used to capture dust when grinding the cement exceeded other companies and would leave very little dust in the air. This turned out to be very true and saved me a lot of time not having to clean surrounding windows, screens, furniture, etc. Komori's crew prepped our floor, repaired all the cracks and holes, then proceeded to apply numerous layers of primer, grout and sealer coats, grinding and cleaning after each coat. Their crew was very easy to work with, always smiling and always willing to accommodate our requests. They were meticulous in their attention to every detail during the many steps involved. This is not something easily found in today's economy where many contractors cut corners and complete their work as quickly as possible to make the most profit. Eric, you were great! One side of the basement didn't have any dry wall because of it. He changed all his windows, waterproofed his stucco wall, caulked the "belly board," had his "flashing" & roof checked over the years and nothing worked. Some of the multiple leaks stopped but there was always water damage after a big rain storm. After while he gave up on ever fixing the problem. Then Engineering consultant Horst Brandes came over and pointed out a few areas that could be causing the leak and recommended we call Central Pacific. My boyfriend was hesitant to call because of all the disappointment he's experienced over the years. But I encouraged him to try. Willie came over for a site inspection & was confident they could solve our problems. He sent over a proposal and then scheduled his crew to start work the following week. Willie met his crew on day 1 to review the work that had to be done. Mike & Danny were very friendly, polite and professional. They updated us on what they were planning to do each morning & walked thru what they accomplished at the end of the day. At the end of each day, they left the basement clean and tidy. On day 2, like detectives, Mike & Danny found the source of the leak that no one else was able to find all these years! (Faulty construction left a gap in the floor where the foundation & stucco wall met & window installers created a crack in the stucco wall.) 3 days later everything was repaired so beautifully.
