Awesome! Was having real issues with the neighbor over the prop line, I wanted something that was really obvious, so we would both know where it was and not have to dig around or the posts too far apart, the hill didn't help. Jonathan and I came up with a plan and it was awesome! I way exceed my expectations and it.s just what I wanted, I could not be happier!! It was a great investment! They are great on communication, on time, prompt, courteous and do what they say they will do!! I would not hesitate to refer or use them again! Thank you to the JC Engineering team and a special shout out to Jonathan and crew!! read more

Working with JC Engineering has been a pleasure. We required a quick turnaround on a certified plot plan for a residential project. They were professional (answering all our questions in a timely manner), accommodating (helping us with the quick turnaround), and experienced (offering insight and guidance on the project). Overall I can't recommend them enough! Great company. read more

Had the pleasure of working with JC Engineering recently and I am confident in recommending them. They are a small land survey and engineering outfit that can provide you with the services expected of a company their size. The intimate working relationship allows for open communication with the project managers and gave me confidence while I waiting for their busy schedule to open up. Which is the main point here. I could NOT find anyone to provide me with a simple land survey within 3 months and JCE turned my 2 acre project around in 5 weeks. I'm glad they came through for me and I look forward to working with them in the future. read more

I have recommended JC Engineering several times to my clients who needed their septic systems checked for Title V compliance before selling their home. Every one of them were impressed with the communication, pricing and time frame from start to finish. I highly recommend them. read more

A million stars for JC Engineering! My husband and I are building a modular vacation home on a vacant lot in Wareham and secured JC Engineering in the very early stages to determine the feasibility of the project due to it being a very complicated lot surrounded by wetlands and with a utility easement running through the middle of it. Our Engineer Mike first determined whether or not the lot was even likely going to be buildable and then designed beautiful lot and septic plans despite the limited options with the septic system only able to fit in one particular spot on the property and power lines and wetland boundaries limiting the placement of the house. They did everything for us - the lot Plan, septic plan, and helped us with approval to work near the utility easement without having to move poles. They delineated the wetlands, surveyed and staked out the land, filed the NOI and brought us through the Conservation and Board of Health approval processes. We have never built a house before but they were patient with us the whole way through, quickly answering emails and calls and getting the project done on time and within our budget. We had to be flexible and make lots of changes along the way due to the complexities of the lot, but Mike was always conservative and made sure we knew the possibilities of negative outcomes so there were no shocks or surprises. He made sure we were aware of costs prior to commencing work, and asked permission every time before moving forward with the work. I give them complete credit for making this dream a reality for us and for making the project fun and exciting along the way. I would highly recommend JC Engineering to anyone building, especially near wetlands, or who needs a new or redesigned septic system. They know what they're doing and can lead you successfully through the complicated web of homebuilding, town approvals, septic design and whatever else may arise in the process. read more
