I was fortunately en route to a music event in the LA area and coordinated to dropoff/pickup the Macbook over a weekend making it extremely convenient for me (versus shipping). Their online system provides details as to what was done and information on your mac. They treat your Mac like your car going to the dealership (hopefully you have a good one haha). Tim (believe that's who I dealt with) is easy to talk with, fast, courteous, and transparent. Also, he repairs medical devices so I think laptops are walks in the park for him.
