The absolute worst! We rented the drum floor sander and edger over the weekend. Both were old and…read moreworn out with damaged electrical cords and cracked plastic guards and casings. Both had bent and or stripped mounting brackets for the sandpaper. When I brought them back and explained the edger didnt load paper At all and I could not use it the owner accused me of switching the mounting bolt. I don't know why i would do that it destroyed all the sandpaper I used and brought back and I only used the first grade sandpaper, so you could see I didn't finish the job. So that would make no sense. He credited my Account from 300 to 200 and told me our business was finished. Completely rude unprofessional a$&hole!

They were priced in the middle of…read morethe 5 quotes I received but I liked the presidents (Eric) attitude and delivery of information. When the move happened the actual moved were very nice and respectful and did a good job. Unfortunately, Eric under estimated the size of the truck needed. One the day of the move the truck was filled but there was a lot of stuff still in the garage. The movers left it but Eric (the president )said he will send another truck to get it. What he did was bring his pick up truck over to load things up. I obviously wasn't at the Jacksonville home so didn't see what was left and as it turns out it was a lot. I have traveled back to Jacksonville 23 times to load up what was not moved but unfortunately I still have one item at the house that I cannot move. Last, the ONLY items damaged or broker were by the president. He showed up late to my house on the Friday afternoon of my move. He was obviously unset that he had to do the actual moving of items and was very disrespectful. He didnt realize I was in the garage when he dropped a cabinet onto a box of breakable items. He went to just leave it but then I walked over ... not even an apoligy!!! So what would I say? Make sure they move everything and if they don't and say they will send another truck, you need to leave someone behind to make sure they mover everything. Also, if the president says he will be helping with the move be ready to have items broken!! I am only giving them a 2 because the actual day labor guys were really good!
