Of course a lot of that has to do with having the monthly plan. My only issue is that they aren't enough vacuums at times. I believe it has changed ownerships a few times, so the last sign I saw may have said "Heights Car Wash", but it could be called "Doofus's Car Wash" and I would still go. The previous owner was borderline creepy, but I'm happy to report the current one is much more respectful. It is conveniently located just off I-75 on 11-mile, so for those in RO this works out swimmingly. For a measly $3 you can get the basic carwash, and the prices are $3, 4 and 5 respectively. $2 extra will get you all 4 wheels sprayed with that stuff that makes them shiny. Armorall? Major bonus points = if you buy any amount of gas, you can get $1 off your wash. So for $2 you can get a carwash, and this isn't your typical drive-thru carwash shenanigans. They start by brushing down your car (by hand) with soap and a big brush, getting it good and soaked. A pre-wash, per say. Then a quick couple seconds through the carwash, followed by a few more seconds of hurricane-like winds to blow off all the water. I was often concerned at the soap bubbles I (thought) to see, but upon inspection, no soap residue. They even - most often than not - have someone at the end to hand towel the excess off. For that, ladies and gentleman, I will gladly throw in a generous tip, and you should too.

I figured I'd have the luxury of a few guys spraying and attentively looking over my van. Boy was I wrong. I purchased the Silver package which included a tire shine and wheel wash and shine among other things. I generously tipped the crew after they towel dried and applied the tire shine but was really disappointed when I got home. Keep in mind it was a beautiful dry and sunny day so none of the dirt you see in the photos occurred on my drive from their lot to home. They earned the the second star only because I was greeted upon my arrival and the crew "seemed" professional otherwise it would have been a one star rating. 09/21/23 UPDATE: The management team from Magic Touch reached out to me in order to make things right. I returned to their other location that's a little closer since I live almost a half hour away from the original location. The manager was very attentive and passionate about making things right. The follow up and customer service was 100/100 so I definitely appreciated that. The van looked much better this time around. Many business get complacent or lazy when they're successful but the great ones rise to the occasion when things don't go right the first time and Magical Touch stepped up. So I'm gonna add another two stars from my original two star rating. END OF UPDATE
