Her reason was because she has grandchildren and they are breaking things all the time. She said I should have returned them within two or three days. What if they had been gifts and weren't received until 12 days after they were purchased (which is how long it had been since they were bought) As it is they weren't played with until 2 days after they were bought and they broke within 10 mins. It was 6 pm and I had to dig up the receipt. We have spent over $5K at this establishment since Jan this year, and for this type of treatment over 2 toys costing $13 each plus taxes is poor customer relations.

The only thing holding back the 5th star is that every time we go there to buy filters it is a bit of a process to find us on the computer. They seem to be a little disorganized with their computer software. But it's not a big deal, just takes a bit longer than I think it should. Happy customer :-)

Called Brian and he came out first thing on Sunday morning and fixed us up for a very reasonable fee. No additional charges for weekend rates, emergency job, none of that. Didn't know him before this call, but he was recommended to us. Turns out to be a local guy, has worked on many places out here so knows that "Valley fixes" can be a little different than "city fixes" ;) Totally personable, would absolutely recommend no questions asked. Can't say enough good things. When it comes to service industry stuff where you're often leery about getting scammed, this guy is the exact opposite. Definitely gets the "service" part. A+
