We needed to find a home for my fiances medical residency and had a very tight timeframe. Bobby was able to find time for us and help us tour a bunch of homes on a few different weekends. We ended up in a home we love and the process was made easy by Bobby. His recommendations for people to work with are to be trusted. His connections set us up with proper home inspections along with experts to dig into any concerns. And after all of that some great people to work with for home improvement too! Long story short Bobby is a no BS agent and a great person. You can only have a good experience when working with him.

Scott guided us through he whole process was very patient with us and explained everything without over explaining. He helped us at every step of the way was always quick to reply and easy to contact and kept us informed. Scott also had great contacts through him he helped us pick a quality mortgage broker, home inspector and everything else we needed for the process. Scott was also extremely knowledgeable about the houses we toured and was able to point out things I never would have noticed or known to ask about. He was able to adapt as we figured out what kind of houses we were actually interested in and guide us to more like what we wanted. We toured a lot of houses and made two offers in our Journey and Scott was reassuring communicative and effective the entire way. Every weekend he would set us up to tour homes with an itinerary and a plan also including and getting us information on homes we found ourselves that we liked. Scott was a great Value as a realtor but more importantly to me he was just a very good person. I felt like i could trust him to actually have mine and my Wife's interests at heart. I never felt pressured by him and the man knew how to make us feel comfortable in the strange situation. He was easy to talk to without it ever feeling awkward or like an obligation even on our 10th or 12th house toured. He was fun to talk to while keeping us on track through all the tours and making good use of our time. He helped us weigh the pros and cons of the places we visited and helped us understand everything through his knowledge and experience. I'd highly recommend this group and Scott in particular if you are in the process of buying a house.

We were able to meet with her, and tour homes on a recent planned vacation, she gave us a ton of options. She also introduced us to an awesome lender who helped us identify our options (Nicole with Movement mortgage is an incredible asset; and they love to work together: so it's a great fit for us!) Since we have returned to SoCal, I have been in touch with Sara frequently; she's warm, friendly and I have no doubt she will help us find the home of our dreams in due time! Keep in mind; your realtor is a professional who puts in a lot of time making your home dreams a reality, and there's nothing better than having a partner in our goal who understands what we are looking for, and cares enough to keep in touch/make friends for life. Can't wait to update this review when we have found "home", and I have no doubt, with Sara's expertise in the local community and her dedication to our vision, that we will find just the place, together!

She's the best, simply put! If you are looking for someone who is patient, honest and respectful of…read moreyour requests and time, Sara is your girl! We had the pleasure of working with her to buy our first house in Dormont and to sell that house seven years later and purchase a new one. PATIENCE is key in this process. I cannot say this enough. I always had this vision of a real estate agent being super pushy and aggressive with their buying and selling tactics. This is not the case for Sara. We took nine long months to find our first house in Dormont. She never pressured us to hurry up. I was talking to a friend one day who's a former real estate agent and they were like, I would have dropped you a few months in! So clearly you know Sara is patient. I loved that she got to know us enough that we'd walk into a house and she'd be like, NOPE, not for you. Again, never tried to push her opinion on us unless it was asked. And I did explicitly trust her with her opinion of houses. We finally found the right house for us, and of course negotiating was stressful, but she offered advice at every turn and was able to guide us to a successful deal. Then seven years later we were ready to move to a bigger house and sell our old one. Now I realize THAT is the stressful part... Selling your home! I was way overconfident with the market being hot and thinking we'd have some sort of bidding war on our house in the first week it was on the market. It was not. In the overall scheme of things the house went fast, about a month after we listed, but I was caught up in thinking our house was the most amazing perfect house ever and how dare anyone find fault with it :) We got a deal we were comfortable with and that closed our chapter there. With the new house, we searched and secured a deal on buying it before we sold the old one. We looked for about six months and I was so indecisive. I just couldn't find the "right" one. Sara again was very patient with us throughout the whole process. We looked at a lot of duds and finally came upon our future home. I was still not entirely sold but Sara was able to gently point out the good points and then eventually negotiate a great deal for us. For the neighborhood, we really lucked out. To this day I still say to my husband we got a steal on this place. Negotiating was SUPER STRESSFUL but Sara was always there to talk us through the inspection issues with both houses. Calm and cool always. Now I'm sitting here in our house after a year and am so happy and would gladly refer Sara to everyone who asks... Which I do all the time! Thanks Sara, you're the best and you'll be in good hands when you choose her as your agent!

Coming up on two years renting with CP Development/Regent Square Rentals. I've lived in 3 different…read moreapartments. My experience overall has been excellent. Importantly, I have also been an excellent tenant. Additionally, I am a property owner/landlord in another state, which has influenced my perspective on expectations and the importance of speaking up about concerns sooner than later. Good communication has really made a positive difference in my experience. The office (specifically Taylor, Kelsey, Heather and Rob) and the maintenance team (specifically Dom and Lee), have been accommodating and responsive. There have been some significant issues (both management and maintenance), and they have taken care of each one. In some cases even going beyond to make things right. There have been notable improvements (windows, repairs to deteriorated plumbing, heating issues, etc) in the last year or so as well. Often, maintenance issues need to be brought to their attention. Easily accomplished with an email. They manage a lot of properties with a smaller than ideal crew. In addition, the maintenance crew may not be craftspeople. As a result, you will likely get an adequate, but not necessarily 5-star repair. The yard crew is polite, hardworking & deserving of a shout out. You'll be renting in a scruffy, but charming city neighborhood. If a manicured yard is your preference this is not your area. The properties for the most part are really old. Nothing is straight, the floors are uneven and storage is typically inadequate. Old house lovers will view this as character, along with an opportunity to be a creative problem solver lol. If modern style and conveniences are your thing, look elsewhere. I am satisfied with the rent I'm currently paying. More recently, (2026), I have noticed that monthly rents seem high for the area and for what you're getting. Also, as mentioned by other reviewers, renewing your lease often 6-9 months ahead is definitely not ideal. I also have found that the apartments are not cleaned adequately when turned over. Perhaps this is due to a very short window between move out/move in of tenants and the majority of turnovers happening within a few days. I feel like the office is pretty up front about this though. Again, talk to the office. Even if you can't work out something mutually beneficial, it's definitely worth discussing. I have found the office to be reasonable and willing to listen to concerns. They have heard all this from me before and still asked me if I'd be comfortable reviewing them ;)
