A one-star rating is too high for this business. Mr. Kelvin Hayes Robins Jr, former proprietor of "Robins Tree Service," was hired to remove two trees from our backyard. During the movement of heavy equipment necessary for the job, he created deep ruts in our side yard, as well as removing the chain-link fence that was in his way in a careless and reckless manner. He repeatedly assured us that the fence would be put back up and the yard repaired. It's been at least 6 weeks, and these problems have not been resolved. We attempted to arbitrate this dispute through the Better Business Bureau as well as the Consumer Protection Division of the State Attorney General's Office. Both agencies reported that mail sent to the address on this Yelp page was returned as undeliverable.
