They were in perfect shape and great quality. From the first phone call with Federico, to the estimate and invoicing, to the delivery and pickup, everything was easy, clear, and stress-free. The communication around both the drop-off and pickup was excellent. 100% on time. I always knew what to expect, and the crew was professional, friendly, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. I was a bit nervous planning this event but Tlapazola made the entire process seamless. Their customer service is outstanding, and I would not hesitate to use them again.
