Don't let other reviewers fool you. While this restaurant admittedly has a relatively nice ambience and atmosphere, with kind enough employees and okay music, the buffet...was... NOT good. I consider myself a human-eating-dumpster; that is, I eat most things and am relatively okay with "meh" food. However, I could not finish any dish I tried at Jat-Jük. The vegetables did not seem cleaned or fresh. The fruit bar was also not the best (mushy fruit and weird tasting). The entree section, though, was the worst. The meat tasted metallic and not like beef, duck, and chicken should taste like respectively. The dishes all seemed like they had been sitting for days out and not been refreshed. Moreover, the sushi smelt BAD. Like "don't eat me or you'll get sick" bad. Hey, perhaps these people really did like this place. Perhaps you will like this place. But I promise you that I, as a consumer with a fairly average taste/expectation for Chinese food, did not enjoy eating the food. read more

We have tried buffet at various Chinese in the greater city area but need to tell you, I am impressed! (love at 1st sight :) ), Me and my friend (not a Chinese food fan) landed here more by accident at Jat Jük for lunch. Ambiance is very pleasant, the space is very pleasantly decorated. The buffet spread is certainly not as diverse as other large Chinese restaurants, but the quality of all the food is just good. The staff is always very friendly and courteous, no matter how full the restaurant is. We have since decided to eat at least once a month. read more

The food itself is average - not bad, but not brilliant either. It's just to it's price, if you have one or two drinks, you will leave below 20EUR. The service is good, most waiters are polite and tables are cleared regularly. Definitely worth a visit, and if it wasn't so far out, I'd probably go here more often.

Das Essen ist soweit ganz gut, was mir nicht gefällt ist eine unverschämte Preisgestalltung, ein Beispiel: Das Mongolische Buffet kostet in der Woche jetzt fast 10,- (wurde in diesem Jahr von 7,50 erhöht). Am Sonntag kostet das Buffet knapp 15,- was aber das ganze eine Krone im negativen Sinne aufsetzt ist, es ist verboten das wenn ich einen Gast mitbringe der nur was trinken möchte, dieser von meinem Teller probiert und dann den Vollen Buffet Preis auch zu zahlen hat! Das Büffet konnte mit allem aufbieten was mein Herz begehrt. Es gab keine langen Wartezeiten und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Des Weiteren war der Speiseraum gut belüftet, was bei Live-Cooking häufig nicht der Fall ist. Zufällig hörte eine Servicekraft im Vorbeigehen, dass heute mein Geburtstag ist und ich erhielt ein Freigetränk, eine kleines Tischfeuerwerk und sogar ein Geschenk, worüber ich mich wirklich gefreut habe. read more

Unser absoluter Lieblings-Chinese! Das Buffet ist mehr als empfehlenswert! Jeder Besuch ist bisher zu einem sehr gemütlichen Abend geworden. Allerdings Samstags bis 20:00 Uhr sehr voll (was natürlich auch für die Qualität spricht). Reservieren ist absolute Pflicht! Mein Tipp: zu 20:00 Uhr reservieren! Dann leert es sich zusehendst und auch am Buffet stehen keine Schlangen mehr! read more
