On Monday the 28th September my mother dropped off my fathers miniature poodle at the Jasper animal hospital in jasper texas. On Friday October the 2nd she received a phone call from them that "lucky" the dog had scaled a 8ft fence and was gone. After the employees left the facility at about 6:30 that evening went home and slept in a comfortable bed my mother slept in her truck. Hoping to recover her dog.. We had a meeting with Dr michler on the 6th. This is the first time my mother ever spoke with any member of management. He spoke to us like we were children! " let me lay some ground rules" " you need to be quite and let me finish talking " when my mother said lets go and talk to the police and see what our options are dr michler stated to my 73 yr old mother " Mrs Bridges. If you wanna get the police involved "KUDOS TO YOU " the disrespect and lack of accountability this place has shown is completely unacceptable! I went to pick up a blanket and dog food with a police escort on the 8th or 9th and was served with a criminal trespass to keep me off of there property. Do your homework on this place!!! I wish we had know the things that have happen in the past before we trusted them with Lucky!! We have "VERY" little help from them since the day this happen. An NO help from the 4th on. Today marks the12th day Lucky has been out there. I truly hope we get a happy ending to this story!! But the odds are getting slimmer! I would love to give them negative stars.
