I'm a shooting survivor from an attempted carjacking in Memphis. Before my mechanic could work on repairing my vehicle after the carjacking and shooting, all blood and bio-material had to be cleaned from it. He sent the Pilot to American Bio-Clean, who did just an outstanding job. They removed and stashed every personal item from the vehicle, then scrubbed the insides clean, vacuumed everything, removed permanently stained materials (e.g. the leather seat cover, covered in blood), and returned the car in pristine condition as far as cleanliness goes. In addition, when the wrecker hired to move the car from Tyronza back to Memphis accidentally left my personal effects behind, ABC held on to those belongings, without a storage fee, for a couple of weeks until I was able to travel and pick them up. I forgot to take pictures of the Pilot after the cleaning and before returning it to use, so I apologize for not having photographic evidence, but I assure you the Pilot was meticulously cleaned, and came back to us in better condition than it left. High praise from me for this company, and one I certainly can recommend to others should they have the need for such services.
