I work extremely hard & I have to take time off work to go here during their opening hours....and 5 out of 6 visits have not started on time - more than 30 min late. I came back so many times bc you pay 100% up front, so I'm using up my pre-paid services but I will not be back unless a serious effort is made to stay on time & respect my time and money. It's a shame because they do offer unique services that are hard to find in Cleveland area. Today they are training a new person so due to that I was started 30 min late & I was not asked if I was ok with someone training during an intimate treatment! It's unprofessional- I understand people need to learn, but at the very least I should have been notified or possibly offered a discount for the inconvenience it caused to start so late. If you are a person that has tons of free time then this may not be an issue for you, but when you are a person balancing a busy schedule and coming here to improve your health & wellness it has not been a great experience for me due to scheduling /late start problems . They have a facility with so many different things going on you can assure yourself it's a money making business just to get you in and tell you all the great things that will help improve you when it's all nothing but old used equipment. The receptionist said that they needed to take their insurance cases first and then schedule everyone else. Also that once you are in the rotation, they can schedule you in at a sooner rate. I just wanted a massage, as the groupon sold it, not a physical therapy appointment. I think this establishment is a scam and would not recommend it to anyone!

His calming presence and excellent facilitation skills, helped us to create a safe space, bring some issues to the forefront, and create action steps. Personally, I have participated in a group workshop with Energetic Awakenings where they helped me process some difficult emotions through core body work. I did not realize how much emotion I was holding on to, and how that pent-up emotion was holding me back. Even though I was in a group setting, I felt that the practitioner was able to give each person (including me) the individual attention that they needed. They made me feel safe.
