Really disappointed to hear that they just fired their top performing employee. I've noticed that most of the other employees are lacking the drive and motivation that Panda captivated. It's possible that jealousy was the main factor in the decision of getting her fired, seeing as how she was flawless at her job. I mean come on now, I would be jealous too if one of my coworkers out performed me and got rewarded with tickets to Coachella... Panda is the nicest person the planet, takes pride in her job, and works harder than anybody that's ever worked in these dispensaries. She's also got over a dozen animals at home to tend to when she's not at work instead of mindlessly scrolling on tik tok smoking employee discounted weed. I've also heard that the owner of the company is extremely strict, I wouldn't blame him when you're profiting off a legal money farm. Okay... can I just say how much I love this place‽ The deals and prices are chill af and I'm a heavy smoker who likes good stuff. But the reason I go here are the people. Last time I went in I got Alli to be my bud-tender, she was informative and fun, but even though I could tell that she knew her stuff she made sure to get input from other experts who work there like Christian, Sean, Tay, and Panda who have all helped me before. I'm non-binary and gender queer... not a lot of people are kind to me when I'm out in Mesa, but when I'm in Jars it really makes me feel seen as a human being when Christian and Panda will go out of their way to say something nice to me, even if I'm not working with them. Love this place for many reasons. They have great products at affordable prices and always got specials going on. My budtender was Gabi today and she was awesome. We had a great conversation about different strains we each liked and she steered me towards something new that I hadn't tried but ended up liking. My only gripe would be if your gonna use the online order line, u know how much money you need before you walk in the store so have the cash with you. I wouldn't say there is much that stands out or anything really and their pricing is generally in line with or a little higher that the average in my area. The selection here is top tier almost overwhelming in fact. Great sales on everything from dabs to flower. The only thing me and my partner expirenced that we would change is we asked for a hybrid that wouldn't put us to sleep and we were given a dab pen that was a full indica and 88% THC we are on vacation and can hardly use it without getting couch locked we discovered lol. Their five pre-rolls for $25 is a great deal, it's usually my go to order. The store itself is clean and well organized/stocked and there's never a line. I love this place. I went to TFS before this, religiously. I did some research and was led here. The cannabis is good and fresh, flushed properly compared to the former place I shopped at. I love the vibes in here, most of the time it's not too noisy and still comfortable for someone with AuDHD and GAD (general anxiety disorder).
