This was the worst experience ever if you want to even call it that. Walked in was greeted by security and young lady at front desk. My so called budtender if you can even call them that now a days.
He barely seems to have any interest in interacting with me the patient, the one about to drop some racks on some good medicine. he ask what you looking for I ask do you have @710labs rosin, pods and flower. he looks at me doesn't know what to say, other attendant then says yes we do. but my attendant doesn't seem to know what's going on. I then ask him to smell a jar of flower that is in the deli display, he seems to have an issue with that. I then say ok smells interesting once again no interaction no recommendations not a peep out this guy. so I then say can I see the @710labs inventory.
He then walks to fridge and has an issue with it so stands there and tells me so what you wanna see. at this point I'm already wondering why he even got hired guy apparently doesn't know much or just doesn't care about the consumer nor his job. so I look around thinking there is a wave of people coming in or a customer rush or he is about to be off the clock but no that isn't the case, no one was in the store just me so why is this guy not doing his job and just bringing out the stuff I asked for so that he may make some sales.
I ask him what's the issue here what part of what I'm asking don't you get I don't understand what's your Hurry you going somewhere there is no one here so what's the issue. isn't your job to be a budtender so do your job. buddy then gets mad at me like if I did something wrong so other attendant then tells him he got me and my so called budtender then storms off mad slamming doors cuz he don't know his job. then the other attendant tries to make it right and attend me but already at this point after that first person it made my bipolarity kick in so before I did something I would regret or get me caught up I just had to walk out without any meds or any help for that matter.
With this being said hold your employees to a HIGHER STANDARD, train them, educate them maybe even give them incentives to be the best at they job cuz to be honest most of them don't know or believe a word that comes out they own mouth. More and more I'm noticing in the industry most of the owners, employees or managers just think this is a way to make money instead of what it should really be about the MEDICINE AND THE PATIENTS ALL ELSE COMES ONCE YOU PUT THAT FIRST!
LETS SEE WHAT GETS DONE ABOUT THIS HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE AND TO HIGHER STANDARDS. THIS IS WHATS WRONG WITH THE INDUSTRY. PATIENTS AND QUALITY OVER PROFITS. read more
