I am 100% understanding about lack of staff issue but it's not just that. it's the policies. I had my cavity drilled and repaired and have had pain ever since so even after the repair I cannot eat on that side of my mouth. it's been many months now. I scheduled an appointment and I got super, super sick and I called to say I couldn't make it but they never answer the phones so I have to leave messages. they still charged me that fee because you are supposed to call 3 days prior or whatever which is the policy. like seriously? you want me to show up HACKING my lungs out everywhere unable to breath covered in mucus so I don't get charged a fee? I didn't know I was going to get super sick and stay very sick for WEEKS by the way. I didn't want to miss that appointment. I miss chewing without pain. but this is not the first time. I paid the fee the first time but I refused to pay this time and they said they would remove this fee only this once. made me feel like I really should not go back. like I said, I understand the lack of staff issue. i am ok with calling a million times until I finally get somebody. but this made me feel like I don't want to go back. get charged fees for getting sick. I was extremely sick at least I remembered to call! My jaw still really hurts by the way.

I have found, to my dismay, that this is not a common process of physicians. Because she actively looks for the newest and best techniques on an ongoing basis, as her patient I am always confident that I will receive the most current and successful treatment that exists on any given dental need. She does very thorough exams and evaluates not only dental health, but correctly considers it only one component of a whole body system. She doesn't miss the trees for the forest. Too many physicians are so focused on their specific area of expertise that they miss significant health issues. One example is that her evaluation of the muscular system in the throat area, had led to referral of patients who are subsequently diagnosed with life-threatening sleep apnea or other sleep disorders. She did this for me and a sleep condition I had, unbeknownst to me and was significantly affecting my quality of life was diagnosed and treated. On two occasions now I have heard patients thank her for saving their lives by referring them to an otolaryngologist (ear, nose and throat specialist) for what she suspected was a type of cancer not normally a part of a dental exam. I also appreciate her excellent time management of her office and employees. I am almost always ushered in just about the time I am picking out a magazine to read while I wait. I have never had to wait any longer that ten minutes. Having been raised with a great deal of dental trauma sharing this with her and her hygienist and assistants, I receive a great deal of support and care which greatly reduces my anxiety. Prior post ( I need to shorten this review because of "Character limit exceeded": I have a great deal of respect for Dr. Christine Moleski. I have been a patient of hers for 14 years and have complete confidence in her. Not only have I benefited from her excellent dentistry, but also from her compassionate nature and her practice of keeping herself current on techniques and treatments. As a result of her diligence, I was provided with a treatment that significantly reduced chronic pain, which improved my quality of life, And, her compassion extends beyond her office. I see her name in many newspaper article "thank you" sections as one who has contributed to many worthy causes. I hope she does not mind my mentioning this; I think it is important. Those worthy causes are organizations or people who are helping people. That's what we do. We help people. I read these articles and it makes perfect sense to me why she knows me so well and really cares about me. She is one of those who is called to a profession, it's not just a job. I want to thank her for helping people, for her generosity and also for all the time she contributes, -another glimpse of who she really is. I also thank her for her expertise which has beaten the odds, that is, I have ALL my teeth and they are in good shape. One parent, a sibling and both sets of grandparents had dentures by my age.

I've had similar experiences as Sarah S. below. The office…read moremanager repeatedly sent me invoices before payments by my insurance company, sometime before submitting a claim, stating I didn't have coverage. Moreover, I've gotten bills from their office claiming I owed a certain total amount without any information about what services or when they occurred. In 2021, I had a regular appointment scheduled but Lonnie Anderson was not there for an exam, yet I was charged for it as a claim was filed to my insurance. Even after I meeting with her and having her call the insurance company in August 2022 to verify my coverage and a specific claim I continue to get full price invoices; I got one in the mail today. When I had my very first appointment I was asked to pay for services the day of the appointment. She filed a claim to my insurance and was paid in full without notifying me. When I approached her about this, she said she kept the additional payment with the intent of giving me credit for my next appointment, which was 6 months later. This person is all about getting and keeping money. And she is rude and abrupt, perhaps with the intent of intimidation. I canceled my next appointment with Lonnie Anderson. As Sarah S. indicated, this is disappointing because the dental hygienist (reason I stayed with this office) is outstanding and Lonnie Anderson is personable and a competent dentist.
