My friend has been a customer of Trummie Patrick II and now III for years. I was comparing rates after my Allstate policies had risen to ridiculous levels. I was an Allstate client for nine years. Courtney Simpson answered the phone. From the beginning, "Court" was *on it*. I was so impressed with her product knowledge, customer service and manner on the phone. I wound up with a policy being written that will wind up saving me almost *half* of what I was paying at Allstate this year, with more features and benefits. PLUS+++ you get a live person on the phone that *cares*. The roadside assistance program is so much better than Allstate's, "we will reimburse you afterwards up to $100.00". The development where I live now in Atlanta that experienced the "pipes bursting" after the record low temps. I had flooding in my apartment but no personal property loss. I sent an email to Court to discuss my renter's policy coverage. Court called me back, same day - with great advice, and I will be raising my renter's coverage after getting quotes from her. She answered my question, "why is this happening in the south" and made me feel "safe". Because isn't that why you buy insurance in the first place? At our development management office today I overheard a woman complaining about Assurant renter's insurance and that she still hadn't heard back from anyone.
