I know this is hard on my friend as she fight this cancer. I felt that she is in great hands. Being care for, respected, and truly support by her team. The doctors, nurses, and entire staff are exceptionally. From the time we checked in to the medical team, everyone was kind, professional, and attentive. The doctors and nurses took the time to explain everything clearly and made my friend feel comfortable and supported throughout the visit. The facility was clean, organized, and welcoming, and you can tell they are deeply committed to providing exceptional care. It was a very positive experience during a stressful time, and I'm grateful for the kindness and professionalism we experienced. Highly recommend Sloan Kettering to anyone seeking high-quality care.

Maybe I've just been lucky with those that I've dealt with, but they're always friendly and patient. They're very accomodating, for example if you completely mix up appointment days, they squeeze you in when they can. All the doctors are great, but Dr. McNally is my favorite. She is unbelievably easy to talk to and has a fantastic sense of humor. She even made my husband feel comfortable. She answered all of our ridiculous questions, that I'm sure she's answered a thousand times before, but never made us feel that way. I felt like I had known her for years the way I felt so comfortable with her. Sadly though, I just saw a note in the office today that she is leaving the practice to go to North Shore (I think). But, if you can see her, she is absolutely amazing and you'll love her!

I have always had excellent experiences with both the staff and the physicians at this office. They go out of their way to try to get answers when I have questions. The wait time is always reasonable and the staff is helpful with scheduling office visits and procedures, as well as explaining what the procedures will entail. The medical field is what it has become. No way around that. However, when you run into a place that is well run when the patient shows up for the care, you've gotten lucky. My family will be using a provider from Gastroenterology Associates PC as the need for this type of specialty care arises.

People are human and are sometimes late, there was no reason to treat me the way I was treated in this office.

Around 70% were born in the USA and came to the U.S. before age 12, 80% came from highly educated families, and 70% are financially well off. The place was busy but quiet. I have friends that run from Dr to Dr & seem to enjoy a full calendar of appts! Go figure??? Not this girl. Anyway.... On to Dr. Levitz! She's a one woman show. She's the only dr in her practice . Reminds me of going to our family dr in the 60's & 70's.... Dr. Harry Abe in Wantagh. In fact.... I haven't found a dr that I liked as much... until I found DR Levitz. The office is located in the Chase Bank bldg on the north side of Merrick Rd. Suite 300. The office is definitely NOT fancy at all. Far from it. But.... She is amazing. Soo caring & very thorough . She'll call you after hrs & always seems to be available. She's not a prescription writer so if you're the type looking for pain pills...she's not the Dr for you. She's very "by the book" & always looking out for your entire well being... Physically, mentally etc. She also offers a vitamin IV treatment. I've done it a few times & I did feel healthier afterwards. I've turned a few friends onto Dr Levitz & they go several times a week for the IV treatments. All in all.... I think she's pretty fantastic!!
