I am an Englishman, living in France. I ordered a mower from this company because the price was good, and they offered a delivery time of two to four days. After nine days, a damaged box arrived, but it was something completely different, intended for an address in Germany. I phoned the company immediately and sent several emails during the following couple of weeks, but despite their website pledge - "For any problem, we are ready to immediately replace any product" - nothing happened. They didn`t even bother to try and answer my questions. Eventually, three and a half weeks after my order, they refunded my original payment; still without explanation.
