I bought a ticket from Janine's Travel Service for my wife and son. Coming back they missed the flight coming back . the airline co. told us to contact the travel agency because they the only one can help you. When I called the agent she told they have to change the ticket overseas . Later, I called her more than a dozen times but no answer. The travel agency tried to ignore me when I need them most. I don't recommend anyone to do business with Janine's Travel Service . That's not the way business behave in the united states of America. read more
