Honestly some of the worst customer service I've had in ages.
I ordered a £50 bouquet of flowers for my mother's birthday.
They were supposed to consist of roses, thistles, eucalyptus rods etc. I picked the bouquet as one of the main themes of it was clearly the colour tone. A grey lilac hue.
Instead, my mother received some measley TINY little pink roses and what I can only describe as weeds.
Called the florist (this order was placed via eFlorist) & she told me that she didn't have the right flowers in stock; had to substitute. That's all well & grand, but when what I had ordered ends up being completely different & far less than the marketing photograph, it's just not acceptable.
Being a business owner myself, this was handled poorly.
All I was met with was a snarky attitude and no help at all. Jane was not willing to help me have something nicer prepared, was not even willing to confirm to me the process in having my money returned.
Still out of pocket.
