After looking at over 100 homes all across NE Georgia and nearly busting his transmission on a giant rock, he put in an offer on this amazing home that we could afford. And he got it! Amazing negotiator! After we purchased, he stayed with us through contractors (a nightmare) and helped us get projects completed and made sure we got moved in. He continues to be a close friend to both of us. As another note, he is the only other person I have met who works as hard as I do and he will answer texts at 3am if you send them at 3am. Best realtor ever. I could only aspire to do my job half as well as he does his.
