From our initial contact with them, we were provided thorough and detailed documents through our entire process. It was easy to make payments through their online system, and also utilize their online gallery. They have clearly done the wedding photo process before....and done it WELL!! We contacted Kasey & Tyler about potential rescheduling, and we were so thankful of how flexible they were and how they worked with us. We were updated through any and all situations. SO detailed, SO many shots, and the editing is natural and top-notch. They capture the candid moments so well! - Wedding Day Guidance! - We did not hire a wedding planner....but seriously, Kasey essentially became that on our day! We filled out an extensive wedding timeline planning sheet that we appreciated they offered to us....many things we wouldn't have thought of! Through the entire day, she (& Tyler!) continued to notice the smallest details (ex: necklace position out of place, hair binder on a hand, etc), and was so essential in keeping our "wedding timeline" moving. The day goes by SO fast, but they make sure you're still getting EVERY shot, hugely due to following the timeline so well....while still keeping the bride and groom happy and calm! Our day would have looked hugely different without their help, seriously. - Packages! - I loved that ALL the details were included in their package options and laid out clearly, no questions! The main "items" we were searching for in a package.....x2 shooters, option for more time to be added, engagement session INCLUDED, professional wedding album INCLUDED, and unlimited downloads/prints due to getting the printing right.....CHECK! All of the "must-have's" a bride is looking for.....they have it and again so transparent about what they offer!! And such fair pricing!! Pup-Lovers! - Honestly, this was initially a HUGE draw for us of how dog-friendly they are! We have a chocolate lab and it was important for us to have him there on our wedding day. I had a…read morestressful experience where my newborn photographer whom I had scheduled with months in advance was suddenly out of the country in the month after my baby was born so I was scrabbling to find another newborn photographer and I was worried that I wouldn't be able to find anyone on such short notice. I contacted at least a dozen different places and Kayla was willing to help me out on short notice. She got a shoot with an assistant set up three days later so my baby was still only 8 days old when she had her photo shoot. Kayla had a bunch of great props, headbands and cute ruffle outfits for my baby to wear. The photos were just beautiful. I am so thankful that we found Kayla for our newborn photo shoot.

I think what sets her apart from other photographers I have worked with though is her professionalism and calm demeanor. I imagine that being responsible for capturing some of the most important times in a parents life is pretty stressful, especially when babies/children are not always cooperative and pretty unpredictable (mine is plenty guilty of that!), but you would never know in working with her. She makes you feel instantly comfortable, and genuinely loves babies and children - that is evident the first moment she meets your child. Her studio is full of outfits, headbands, diaper covers, props, etc for you to utilize - she offers suggestions on outfits, poses, personal items to bring, but is never pushy, and never makes you feel like an idea you have is silly. You feel right away that this girl knows what she is doing and you are going to get some amazing photos! She also seems to strive to give you a relaxing experience, especially as new parents, while you are in her studio. She has comfy couches, magazines, Netflix, snacks/drinks, etc for you to take advantage of while you are there.
